JUDr. Peter Šmeringai graduated from the Faculty of Law of Commenius University in 1981. During the time of repressed freedom, he worked at the Institute of Economic Law under the State Arbitration. He served as a commercial lawyer from 1991 and later as an attorney. He is a shareholder and the executive of CONSULTA and serves as a procurist of the company. He specialises in company law and the law of securities. He is as well the author of several publications about these areas of law aimed at the general public.
