Mgr. Marián Šuška, PhD., obtained his university education in law at Comenius University in Bratislava. During his postgraduate studies, he focused on the issue of art theft, cultural heritage misappropriated by totalitarian regimes, and the property of nobility in the territory of the former Austro-Hungarian Empire. He began his practice by interning at the District Prosecutor’s Office Bratislava I, and after his studies, he chose the path of advocacy.

In his practice, he mainly deals with civil, commercial, and criminal law. He has a particular focus on land law, restitution law, real estate law, medical law, and contract and litigation matters. In his profession, he is also dedicated to the history of advocacy and law.
