Mgr. Alexander Šmeringai studied at the Faculty of Law of Commenius University in Bratislava and graduated there in 2012. In CONSULTA he started working as a legal trainee and has been working as a lawyer since accomplishing the trainee practice. He specialises in civil and company law, law of immovables, company law, contractual and litigious agenda, prevention of damage and unjust enrichment. He provides full scope legal services for insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
